We are working on getting the project started ASAP.The following are the normal steps when for a new project:
1 | Your Account Executive will call you shortly to discuss the shipping options. |

2 | You send your Artwork via:
FTP link
or any other large file transfer

3 | The Graphics department will process the Artworks are soon as they get it. |
4 | A PDF proof will be emailed to you for a Final Review |
5 | An invoice will be emailed to you with a link to the online “Job Status”. You will see new and old invoices, update the billing and shipping info, add or update credit cards. |
6 | Once you are logged in you will see the status of your job (i.e. pre-press, printing, Die cutting, Folding & gluing, etc.) This is a live updated. You will also see the FedEx tracking numbers |
